Computer Central’s Managed IT Services come with pro-active monitoring and maintenance. Our system engineers monitor every device that is covered in your plan. If a problem is detected your dedicated technician will create a support ticket and resolve the issue, upon completion you will receive an email that your support request has been completed. Regular maintenance is also included in this so your dedicated technician will perform regular maintenance on all of your technology equipment (i.e. Servers, Workstations, Access Points, Network Switches, IP Cameras, Routers, Firewalls, etc.) to ensure that your computer systems stay running smoothly so that your computer systems work for you rather than having your team waiting on slow computers to catch up to them. By performing these regular scheduled maintenance tasks we keep your computer systems running at peak performance resulting in improved productivity for your staff.

we keep your systems updated

A crucial step in making sure that your network is safe, secure, and productive is Patch Management. Every Thursday Evening our engineers check your systems (Computers, Servers, Firewalls, Network Switches, Routers, etc.) for any System or Third-Party-Software updates. In the event that there are updates available we deploy these updates immediately. We choose Thursday evening to allow Microsoft Updates to release any follow up updates since they release all of their scheduled updates every Tuesday, we also chose Thursday because this gives our clients a chance to let us know if an update had a negative impact on their system allowing us to resolve the issue over the weekend without your team missing a beat. 

Vendor management

Here at Computer Central we are experienced IT consultants, so we will deal with your technology vendors whether it is a software company or just your internet provider. Since we are well versed in Geek Speak we can provide these vendors with the information they need to help with any issues quickly and efficiently. Don’t worry when we get done with the vendor we will translate everything into English from The Geek Speak so it is easy to understand and easier to follow what the problem was and what we did to resolve it. Backup & Data Retention management

The most critical part of your network is the data that is stored on that network. That is why through our Managed Services Program we offer Backup & Data Management. With this service your dedicated technician will install our preferred backup software, configure it, monitor and maintain the Backup system. We run daily checks to see if your backups are completing normally and if they are not we address that issue immediately without even notifying you until it has been resolved. Once per week we actually test your backups by performing Backup verifications and testing them by mounting them as Virtual Computers and confirming that the backups are not compromised. This also includes data retention, so we make sure that your backup policy consolidates and retains your backups for a set amount of time that we determine when gathering information from you on the type of data that your company uses and if there are certain compliance guidelines that you need to follow.
